Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with flexibility to work weekends as needed, on call, and overnight.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs that include failure and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices.
- Manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment.
- Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs.
- Support facility budgeting and capital projects while championing initiatives that reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience, or
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree.
