Facilities Maintenance Supervisor- 3rd Shift

About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities within a facility. This includes ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly, addressing any issues promptly, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Ensure adherence to environmental health and safety standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• Proficient in using maintenance software and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
