Facilities & Maintenance Startup Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Startup Implementation Specialist to support Ryder's Startup Operations in our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility startups
• Manage vendor partnerships
• Cook up automation installations
• Train maintenance leadership
• Drive cost savings initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Industrial Engineering (Preferred)
• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• 5 years or more in experience in facilities, maintenance, or warehouse startup environments (Required)
• 1 year or more in experience with Ryder in warehouse operations or logistics role (Preferred)
• Travel Yes, up to 90%
