Facilities Maintenance Staff

About the Role

Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, NV is seeking a driven part-time Facilities Maintenance Staff member for a seasonal position lasting 6 months or less. This role supports daily repair and maintenance services across the property, contributing to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all operational areas, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Conducts routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoots and performs general repairs.
• Responds to maintenance requests and prioritizes work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the facility’s exterior, including emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Performs other duties as required and maintains regular, reliable attendance.

Working Conditions

• Frequently uses hands and reaches with hands and arms.
• Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, and sits.
• Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
