Facilities Maintenance/Process Technician

Seneca Foods in Mayville, WI is currently seeking a full‑time Facilities Maintenance/Process Technician to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance of facility structures and operational support functions as required.
• Maintain compliance in auditable areas including, but not limited to, food safety audits, GMP audits, plant inspections, LOTO audits, and sanitation audits.
• Communicate with outside contractors and vendors in procurement of necessary supplies including sanitation chemicals, janitorial and facility maintenance.
• Conduct routine and periodic physical inspections and maintain accurate records of master sanitation tasks.
• Participate and/or lead meetings which may include safety, training and problem solving and development.
• Lead, motivate, and develop facility maintenance and assigned sanitation staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Maintain efficiency, accuracy and quality of production while performing job duties.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
