Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician Location: Taunton, MA Salary: $55K - $65KPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, reliability, and overall operation of a manufacturing facility and its associated building systems. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring facility infrastructure operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.Troubleshoot and repair building-related issues involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.Complete routine inspections to identify potential maintenance concerns and ensure facility reliability.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Support daily facility operations and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.Follow established maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols.Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment status.Assist with facility improvement projects and equipment installations.Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers performing maintenance or repair work.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Participate in emergency response activities and support facility readiness initiatives.Monitor building systems and respond to operational alarms or issues as needed.Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.Qualifications1+ years of facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related technical experience.Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.Ability to read and follow technical procedures, manuals, and maintenance instructions.Experience using computerized maintenance systems and Microsoft Office applications.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.We are actively interviewing, so please apply today!BenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedicalDentalVision401(k)Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Email Your Resume In Word To Nate.Paules@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
