Duties
- Counsels, trains, evaluates, and conducts staff meetings.
- Implements a maintenance program with preventive maintenance procedures, 24/7 availability schedule, and documentation of work orders and O&M deficiencies.
- Collaborates with finance on the operating budget and capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
- Coordinates with state or local authorities for construction permits and preoccupancy inspections.
- Participates in facility surveys, including long-range planning and sustainable practices.
- Serves as the Center Sustainability Chair, developing and implementing sustainable practices.
- Submits Quarterly Waste Reports and updates center sustainability measures.
Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Three years of maintenance experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Valid State Drivers’ License.
