Facilities Maintenance - Full Time

As a solution concierge, we handle everything from high‑tech deployments to complex supply‑chain management for Fortune 500 companies. To deliver that level of service, our facility must operate like a well‑oiled machine. We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance specialist to join our team in Mooresboro. This “boots‑on‑the‑ground” role is for someone who takes pride in ownership, ensuring our location remains safe, functional, and professional, both inside the warehouse and across the grounds.

Responsibilities

• Interior & Exterior Excellence: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and act as the “first responder” for reactive repairs.
• Electrical & Mechanical: Conduct light‑duty electrical wiring, troubleshoot industrial equipment, and keep machinery and appliances operational.
• Plumbing: Handle general plumbing repairs to prevent facility downtime.
• General Repair: Manage daily building maintenance tasks, from fixing door hinges to patching walls.
• Grounds & Property Stewardship: Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and garden upkeep to maintain the facility’s first impression.
• Safety & Compliance: Keep the property free of debris, ensure work complies with OSHA and EPA regulations, and maintain meticulous records required by city, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance and repairs; background as an Industrial Maintenance Technician is preferred.
• Proficiency with hardware tools, power equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Physical ability to lift and transport up to 75 lb and to work standing, kneeling, sitting, or stooping for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when emergency facility needs arise.

Schedule
