About the role
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining Athletico clinics in a safe, professional, and fully operational condition throughout the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. regions and surrounding areas. This hands‑on position performs a variety of repair, maintenance, and facility support tasks. The role supports approximately 82 clinics within a 90‑minute driving radius and serves as the primary resource for routine maintenance, repairs, equipment assembly, furniture moves, and general facility upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clinic locations to perform routine maintenance and repair work.
- Manage assigned maintenance tickets through Athletico’s facilities ticketing system and ensure timely completion of work.
- Replace light bulbs, ballasts, exit signs, and emergency lighting.
- Replace ceiling tiles and perform minor drywall patching and painting.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and adjustments.
- Repair interior doors, locks, hardware, and related fixtures.
- Clean ceiling return vents and perform general facility upkeep.
- Repair or adjust window blinds, shades, and other clinic fixtures.
- Assemble, repair, adjust, and relocate treatment tables and clinic equipment.
