Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance Coordinator Responsible for leading facilities and housekeeping operations within a senior living community to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, families, and staff. Key duties include overseeing daily maintenance and housekeeping activities, responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Performs preventative maintenance, manages vendor relationships, supplies, and maintenance logs, and supports resident move-ins and turnover processes. Ensures compliance with safety standards such as OSHA, manages life safety systems, alarms, and fire protection equipment, and trains team members on safety procedures and operational standards. Supports departmental budget and operational efficiency efforts, assisting with safety, risk management, and documentation for all maintenance activities.
