Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Receive and enter service requests, shared expenses, supply orders, etc. into the CMMS.
• Provide administrative support to Facility Manager, Corporate Partners, and Vendors, including scheduling of services, reporting, and training.
• Add service requests and supply orders into CMMS, as needed.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports.
• Follow up with team members and third-party vendors.
• Monitor vendor proposals and invoices, resolve, or escalate as necessary.
• On-board new vendors and monitor compliance.
• Shared Services tracking and reporting.
• Implement new processes and procedures with internal and external team members.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Familiarity and comfortability in a computerized environment.
• Experience with workflow-based computerized data systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, Teams, and proficiency in Excel is required.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Attention to detail and the desire to improve costs and processes within facility management.
