Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency facility maintenance tasks.
• Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping duties.
• Handle basic plumbing, painting, electric repairs, cutting grass, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Operate ATV or utility vehicles as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Courteous behavior and ability to interact and manage contact with the general public.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in both the written and spoken English language.
• Valid Driver License in good standing.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, minimal electric repairs, cutting grass, and basic carpentry skills.
• Experience operating ATV or utility vehicle.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Prolonged lifting, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking required.
