About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Inspect and replace worn-out parts in plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Experience with common tools and equipment
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Basic computer literacy
