Responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Inspect and service plumbing fixtures and appliances
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
