Facilities Maintenance - 3rd Shift

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of scheduled and unscheduled Facilities Maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and repair building elements such as doors, ceilings, floor coverings, lighting, etc.
• Aid with Facilities and Production support related projects.
• Basic troubleshooting of facilities equipment.
• General grounds and snow removal duties.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Perform emergency support tasks in areas of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Security, and Housekeeping.
• Assist with corporate vehicle washing and maintenance.
• Assist in the installation and relocation of office furniture.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties such as parts runs, leak detection, and cleanup.

Position Demands

• Prioritize 1-3 years experience in Facilities Maintenance or construction.
• Knowledge and understanding of building elements are required.
• Understanding of furniture systems and their installation is useful.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Ability to obtain high-level lift (hi-lo) and man-lift certifications.
