Core Responsibilities

  • Lead site selection, facility acquisition, lease negotiations, and due diligence.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce facility standards for LEAP’s facility portfolio.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Cook up project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Manage project closeout activities, punch lists, occupancy, and turnover to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, local building codes, environmental regulations, and aerospace safety requirements.
  • Oversee facility maintenance programs and contractor performance after occupancy.
  • Support government facility requirements including secure spaces, DD254 requirements, and customer inspections when required.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7–12+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects, manufacturing facilities, or capital improvement programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial building systems.
  • Excellent project management, budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial facilities.
  • Experience with tenant improvements and greenfield facility development.
  • Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Experience managing multi-site facilities.

Pay

Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00

The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs.
