FACILITIES INVENTORY COORD

Job Summary

The Facilities Inventory Coordinator oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of the Organization's product and supplies. They control the flow of supplies and equipment, track and analyze inventory maintenance to develop protocols for loss mitigation, and request and maintain purchase orders.

Credentials and Experience

• Five (5) years of inventory controller experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid FL Driver’s License required upon hire.
• Computer skills to complete order entering, inventory, scheduled, purchasing, generating reports, etc.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
• Ability to travel within Moffitt Cancer Center facilities.
• Evidence of good driving record per Moffitt's Policy.
• Customer Service skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position.

Preferred Experience

• Three (3) years of inventory experience in a healthcare facility/environment.
