About the role
Lippert is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product identification and location program
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Complete physical inventories/cycle counts
- Track and report non-conforming product
- Document damaged product
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as part of job function
- Pass forklift certification and operate forklift daily
- Utilize Factory Talk and Navision software
- Ensure materials are in proper locations
- Conduct searches for misclassified inventory
- Count and weigh materials to determine quantity on hand
- Report discrepancies and damaged products
- Communicate and develop process enhancements
- Assist in receiving and putting away new raw materials and packaging
- Break down boxes and pallets as necessary
- Scrub and sweep floors
- Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Organize thoughts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of factory related experience in shipping and receiving
- Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
- Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. Freedman by Lippert offers a competitive compensation structure based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time hourly position with hours decided by production and your Manager. Travel is minimal, primarily local during the business day.
Physical Demands
The physical demands of this job require standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crouching, carrying items, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee may need to lift and/or move items up to 70 pounds and consistently 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
