About the role

Lippert is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Complete physical inventories/cycle counts
• Track and report non-conforming product
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
• Document damaged product
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as part of the job function
• Pass forklift certification and drive a forklift daily
• Use Factory Talk and Navision software
• Conduct searches to locate misclassified inventory
• Weigh and mark product
• Report discrepancies and damaged products
• Communicate and develop process enhancements
• Avoid safety violations and adhere to all company policies
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Ensure proper and full time use of PPE
• Conform to quality and safety procedures
• Respond to time-critical issues and work overtime as needed
• Adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of factory related experience in shipping and receiving
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
• Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Schedule

This is a full-time hourly position, and hours of work and days are decided by production and your Manager. Travel would be minimal, if any, and would be primarily local during the business day.
