About the role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, design, and construction of projects by tracking budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a national framework of policies, procedures, and tools to standardize construction management and facility compliance.
• Monitor ongoing projects for risks and key metrics, while establishing consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Manage secure project documentation and facilitate training for new hires on internal systems, including eBuilder and design standards.

Requirements

• Driver's License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience; OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience; OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare experience would be a plus.
