This is an entry-level role

This is an entry-level role designed for a proactive learner, offering a clear path for growth as you master the complexities of large-scale construction project management.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Coordinate the planning, design, and construction of projects by tracking budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high-quality delivery.

Assist in developing and maintaining a national framework of policies, procedures, and tools to standardize construction management and facility compliance.

Monitor ongoing projects for risks and key metrics, while establishing consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Manage secure project documentation and facilitate training for new hires on internal systems, including eBuilder and design standards.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences We're Seeking

Construction experience is strongly preferred. Healthcare experience would be a plus.
