Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 – 4 years as an HVAC Technician II in the facilities department or 4-6 years of experience in related field.
- Requires a post-secondary certification in Industrial field or Equivalent work experience.
- In lieu of degree, provide proof of course completion from an accredited college or certifications related to HVAC field.
- Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, operating procedures, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
- Must be able to write routine reports, communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and interpret engineering drawings with some assistance.
- Proficiency in basic math in both Metric and English units, and the ability to compute ratios, percentages, and interpret graphs and charts.
- Familiarity in software programs such as Word, Excel, and SAP.
