About the role

We're seeking dependable Technicians to join our award-winning facilities team. You'll support the equipment that keeps our 9-million-square-foot, state-of-the-art campus running every day, including kitchen appliances, ventilation systems, and other mechanical equipment. Your work will help ensure that operations remain safe, efficient, and reliable. This position provides the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while gaining exposure to a variety of technical areas, including refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic electrical systems. We welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build technical skills over time.

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, install, maintain and repair commercial kitchen appliances, ventilation systems, and related equipment
  • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and restore equipment to working order
  • Follow safety procedures related to electrical, gas, and workplace standards
