Every day brings something different—from troubleshooting industrial equipment to maintaining our production facility and retail locations. You'll play a vital role in keeping our facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently by: Diagnosing and repairing industrial washers, dryers, presses, boilers, conveyors, and production equipmentPerforming preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifeTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility issuesCompleting building repairs including lighting, doors, drywall, painting, locks, and general maintenanceSupporting multiple Ziker Cleaners retail stores, production facilities, and office locationsCoordinating with outside contractors and service vendors when necessaryResponding quickly to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requestsMaintaining accurate maintenance records and preventative maintenance schedulesFollowing OSHA safety standards and maintaining a safe work environmentIdentifying opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency We're Looking For Someone Who Is Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skillsDependable and self-motivatedAble to work independently with minimal supervisionOrganized and able to prioritize multiple tasksA strong communicator with a positive attitudeCommitted to quality workmanshipComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHolds a valid driver's license with a good driving record Experience In One Or More Of The Following Industrial maintenanceManufacturing maintenanceFacilities maintenanceMechanical repairElectrical troubleshootingPlumbingHVACWeldingBoiler systemsPreventative maintenance programsMulti-site building or equipment maintenance Physical Requirements Lift up to 70 pounds when neededFrequently bend, climb ladders, kneel, and move throughout facilitiesWork safely around machinery and industrial equipmentComfortable working both indoors and outdoors At Ziker Cleaners, every team member plays an important role in our success.
