About The Job

In this operational leadership role, you'll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You'll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations in a complex environment.
  • Technical skills combined with financial acumen to support budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage frontline teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CMMS/work order systems and experience driving operational improvements through data and reporting.
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset with the skillset to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 3 years
  • Related Experience: 3-5 years

Pay

$94860 per year - $122760 per year

Schedule

7:30am - 4:30pm, M-F
