Facilities Engineering Manager - Electrical

About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems in data centers. The role involves managing electrical maintenance, vendor performance, technician leadership, incident response, and operational readiness to ensure maximum uptime.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of mission-critical electrical systems, including switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, transfer switches, and power distribution platforms.
• Manage maintenance and repairs, ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate incident response to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Track and report on performance KPIs to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance or plant operations within mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as EPMS, SCADA, or CMMS.
