About the role

The role is responsible for managing the university's strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement university-wide strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and secure external funding sources.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Monitor progress against strategic goals and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Represent the university in external forums and conferences to promote its interests.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership management and development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations relevant to higher education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
