Facilities Engineer II-MOB Full Time Days
Job Description
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position supporting multiple medical office buildings across the northern suburban Chicago area. The service area spans from Gurnee (north) to Glenview (south) and west to Grayslake. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an on-call rotation required (one week of on-call coverage approximately every four weeks).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant building maintenance experience
- Technical training in maintenance field; HVAC/R trade school certification or equivalent
- Licensed as a Stationary Engineer OR the ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
- Valid driver’s license (must provide Driving Abstract)
