Engineer - Facilities Full Time

Major Job Duties

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems.
• Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed.
• Complete work orders as requested.
• Install new layouts for all gaming tables as required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and one line diagrams as needed.
• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
• Re-lamp throughout property as necessary.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required (such as fork lift).
• Will train if necessary.
• Must provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
• Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions.
• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
• Perform related work as requested.

Experience

• Previous Facilities experience required in the areas of HVAC, Electrical, Locksmith, Plumbing, kitchen and general maintanence.

Education

A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Skills

• Ability to learn and understand of all company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with staff.
• Read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.

Certification/License

A valid Driver's license with an excellent driving history is required.
