Facilities & EHS Specialist
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 (range reflects a position based in Minnesota; final offer considers candidate qualifications, experience, position scope, and market factors)
About the role
We are seeking a Facilities and EHS Specialist to support and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures at our Chanhassen, MN facility, along with supporting facilities maintenance and repairs. This is a fully on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate safety initiatives and help maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
- Analyze environmental data and report on pollution control, waste management, and conservation efforts
- Collaborate for development and maintenance of job hazard assessments
- Maintain and coordinate scheduling of facilities maintenance, facility repairs, and improvements
- Develop and support preventative maintenance plans for facilities equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of OSHA and/or MNOSHA requirements
- Working knowledge of facilities maintenance including waste storage management and preventative maintenance
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Must be a U.S. person
