Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workspace planning and space utilization requests (SURF) for the Colorado Springs site
- Support strategic space and relocation planning initiatives
- Ensure accurate space allocation records and utilization metrics
- Manage relationships with low-voltage contractors and corporate furniture vendors
- Oversee construction and renovation project management activities
- Coordinate with low-voltage contractors for technology infrastructure
- Conduct design and constructability reviews
- Ensure quality control and project timeline adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
- Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- 6+ years of progressive facilities management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple facility functions simultaneously
- Experience with workspace planning and space utilization
- Project management experience, including vendor and contractor coordination
