Facilities Custodian-3rd Shift

Main Responsibilities

• Facility cleaning
• Arranging furniture
• Transporting items to the warehouse
• Power washing
• Window cleaning
• Assists with the day-to-day custodial needs of facilities
• Flexible to assist in other areas of facilities
• Assists with building projects
• Implements safety committee processes and procedures
• Maintains a security plan for staff and facilities, including agency policies and procedures
• Available to be on call 24/7 at least 1 week of every month
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills And Qualification

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in custodial and facility maintenance
• Knowledge of GMP & GDP regulations (an asset)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Products (Word, Teams, Excel)
• HVAC experience (a plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) (a plus)
