3rd Shift Custodian

About the role

Kohl Wholesale is seeking a full-time 3rd shift custodian to manage the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and company grounds, with a particular emphasis on the freezer/cooler facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and company grounds, with a focus on the freezer/cooler area.
• Operate a sweeper machine and forklift as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Recognize and correct problems, request assistance when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate a sweeper machine and forklift.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Exposure to environmental variation and weather changes when working outside the warehouse.
• Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Visual and aural faculties sufficient to perform all tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of the team.
