Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
- High school degree and 4-7 years of experience in facilities management, operations, travel/hospitality, retail, reception/concierge or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service experience and experience with a work request system (e.g., ServiceNow, Famis260, Planon).
Skills and attributes
- Proven track record of coordinating facilities-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and special events.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that facilities-related activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and team working skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
What You Will Do At Cambia
Facilities Coordination: Coordinate facilities-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and special events, to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
Work Environment
- Work primarily performed in office environment.
- Travel required locally or out of state.
- May be required to work outside of normal hours.
Pay and Benefits
Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The expected hiring range for a Facilities Coordinator is $27.60 - $34.50/hour, the full salary range is $27.60 – $44.90/hour, and the bonus target is 5%.
