Purpose of Position

Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Summary Of Essential Job Functions

  • Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Responsible for visitor(s) screening, notification and verification.
  • Courtiers maintenance requests.
  • Ensures problems are resolved quickly.
  • Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve facility problems.
  • Coordinates preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment with facility owners.
  • Manages hazardous waste disposal programs.
  • Manages the paper recycling program.
  • Courtiers cleaning services for buildings.
  • Maintains up-to-date records for all inspections, including HVAC monitoring for OR OSHA COVID requirements.
  • Completes COVID required workplace cleaning daily.
  • Maintains and monitors building security system.
  • Maintains office supply stock and reordering.
  • Courtiers conference room schedule, food and beverage requests. Coordinates offsite meetings as needed.
  • Answers and routes incoming calls.
  • Maintains and updates employee directory.
  • Maintains and ensures regulatory and business documents are on file, organized and up to date.
  • Courtiers communication with utility companies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Qualifications

  • Three years related facilities experience.
  • Three years customer service experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience working in a security capacity, preferred.

Physical Demands Of Position

  • Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds (materials/equipment).
  • Effective use of computer, laptop, cell phone and other mobile device to exchange information.
