Facilities Coordinator

Seacoast, NH | $21–$23/hr | Full-Time or Part-Time | Permanent A living community on the Seacoast, NH is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help keep the community safe, comfortable, and fully operational for its residents. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and making a direct impact in a welcoming community. What You'll Do Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairsComplete apartment turnovers, including painting, drywall, fixtures, locks, and cleaningHandle custodial, groundskeeping, landscaping, snow removal, and common-area upkeepRespond to work orders and conduct routine safety and facility inspectionsMonitor life safety systems and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory recordsCoordinate with vendors and support equipment and facility operationsRespond to emergencies and collaborate with residents and staff as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of general building maintenance experienceExperience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and able to prioritize work with minimal directionStrong communication skills and a resident-focused approachHealthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma/GED required; trade training or certification is a plusAbility to perform physical maintenance work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
