We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 base salary range + annual bonus potential. So Pay section. - Location: 100% Remote in the United States - residing in Chicago, IL highly preferred. Also note states not allowed: Alaska, California, Hawaii. This could be part of About the role or maybe a note. Not a separate section. - Job Title: Facilities Coordinator (but we must not repeat job title as heading). So we can include it in a paragraph maybe. - Department/Function: Facilities, Location: Support Center, Reports To Sr. Facilities Manager, Operations Facilities/Property, Job Level - 2, Full-Time Exempt, Travel Requirements Rarely. - Responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences. We need to extract responsibilities list. - Qualifications/Education/Experience: Education: High School diploma or equivalent associate degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years in general facilities maintenance/management preferred, with restaurant industry experience, particularly refrigeration, being a definite a plus. Experience in workflow management systems. - Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability and desire to work with minimal guidance; Strong initiative, Outgoing and enthusiastic and fun, Strong written and oral communication skills, Detail oriented. Microsoft Word, Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Workflow Management System. Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, landlords and city government contacts. Ability to manage and adhere to budgets. - Qualities: Passionate, energetic, flexible, highly motivated, and must be able to work independently. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours. - Benefits: list: Competitive pay with performance-based annual raises! Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Domestic Partnership Benefits Paid Parental Leave FSA and HSA with Employer Contribution Commuter Benefit Program Retirement Savings 401(k) WITH company match Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Discount Program Flexible Work Schedule Career growth opportunities - Also mention "If hired, you must meet and maintain all eligibility requirements to qualify" maybe part of benefits note. - Also mention "Potbelly Sandwich Works may use artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted tools..." that's boilerplate? It's about hiring process; maybe we should remove as it's not substantive job content? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The AI statement might be considered part of hiring process, maybe not boilerplate but could be considered application instructions? It's about how AI used in hiring; could be considered application instructions. Safer to remove. - Application Deadline: We accept applications for this position until 12/31/2026. That's application instruction; remove. - EEO statements: remove. Thus we keep: About the role (maybe a brief description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education/Experience), Qualifications (maybe Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (Flexible Work Schedule mentioned). Also maybe "Schedule" from Flexible Work Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to include all details from the posting that are substantive. Let's extract: About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph: "Do you hunger for more? Potbelly Sandwich Shop is looking for friendly and outgoing people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. We are where good vibes and great careers are a way of life! What started as a small antique store in 1977 has become a nationally recognized neighborhood sandwich shop with over 400 locations across the United States. But toasty sandwiches are only as good as the people behind them. And yeah, we've got the best. Ready to join our growing Potbelly Nation?" That's fluff but maybe considered substantive? It's descriptive about company. Might keep as About the role. Also location info: "100% Remote in the United States- residing in Chicago, IL highly preferred. Due to state-specific regulatory requirements, Potbelly does not currently support remote work from the following states: Alaska, California, and Hawaii. To be considered for this position, you must be able to perform the role from a state not listed above at the time of hire and for the duration of employment." That's substantive location constraints. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "Location". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Location heading. So we fold location info into About the role paragraph. Pay: "$55,000 - $60,000 base salary range + annual bonus potential!" Also "Competitive pay with performance-based annual raises!" under Benefits but that's pay-related. We'll put Pay section with salary range and bonus potential. Schedule: "Flexible Work Schedule" mentioned under Benefits. Also maybe "Must be willing to work non-traditional hours." That's schedule. So we can have Schedule section with flexible work schedule and non-traditional hours. Benefits: list as given. Responsibilities: many bullet points. We'll create a

    • list. Requirements: maybe Education and Experience combined? Could be "Requirements" heading with education and experience. Qualifications: maybe Skills? But we already have Skills heading. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide what goes where. We have: - About the role: company description, location constraints, maybe role purpose. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: education and experience (maybe also "Must represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values"). - Qualifications: maybe "Must have strong interpersonal skills..."? But that's more Skills. Actually Qualifications could be combination of education, experience, and maybe "Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments..."? That's physical functions. Could be under Requirements? Hmm. Better to follow typical job posting: Requirements (education, experience), Qualifications (skills, abilities). But we have both Skills and Qualifications headings allowed. We'll assign: - Requirements: Education and Experience. - Qualifications: Skills (organizational, communication, software, interpersonal, budget management) plus maybe "Must represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values" and "Passionate, energetic, flexible, highly motivated, able to work independently, willing to work non-traditional hours." Actually those are qualities; could be under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe technical skills: Microsoft Word, Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Workflow Management System. But we already have Skills heading; maybe we should put technical skills there, and Qualifications for soft skills. Let's parse the text: "Experience, Education And Behaviors Must represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values. Education: High School diploma or equivalent associate degree preferred Experience: 5+ years in general facilities maintenance/management preferred, with restaurant industry experience, particularly refrigeration, being a definite a plus. Experience in workflow management systems. Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability and desire to work with minimal guidance; Strong initiative, Outgoing and enthusiastic and fun, Strong written and oral communication skills, Detail oriented. Microsoft Word, Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Workflow Management System. Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, landlords and city government contacts. Ability to manage and adhere to budgets. Qualities: Passionate, energetic, flexible, highly motivated, and must be able to work independently. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours." Thus we can map: - Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe also "Must represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values" as a behavior). - Qualifications: Skills (organizational, time management, initiative, outgoing, communication, detail oriented) plus interpersonal skills, budget management. - Skills: Technical software skills (Microsoft Word, Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Workflow Management System). But the text lumps Microsoft Word etc under Skills. However we can still separate. But to avoid duplication, we could put all under Qualifications and not have Skills section. However instruction says we can use Skills heading if we have content. We have content for technical skills. Thus: Requirements: Education and Experience (including representing values). Qualifications: Soft skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability and desire to work with minimal guidance; Strong initiative, Outgoing and enthusiastic and fun; Strong written and oral communication skills; Detail oriented; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, landlords and city government contacts; Ability to manage and adhere to budgets; Passionate, energetic, flexible, highly motivated; Able to work independently; Willing to work non-traditional hours. Skills: Microsoft Word, Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Workflow Management System. Benefits: list. Pay: salary range + annual bonus potential. Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule; non-traditional hours (maybe already in Qualifications). But we can still mention flexible work schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Non-traditional hours appears in Qualities; we could keep it there and not repeat in Schedule. Schedule section can just mention "Flexible Work Schedule". That's enough. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:
