This is an on-site role (5 days in the office). We are searching for a Facilities Coordinator in our Greenwich office. This role will work closely with Facilities, HR, and IT teams to ensure building services are operational, employee’s workstations are complete, and other technology needs are met. This will include new hire set-ups, Moves/Adds/Changes, inventory management and other misc tasks. Key Responsibilities Support onboarding process for Facilities & ITSupport space management system for officeSupport core building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical)Maintain printers, scanners, shredders MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations Inventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materials Basic IT end user support Conduct weekly/monthly reports for Management Must Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functionsKnowledge of basic IT systems Ability to communicate with all levels of staffMust be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
