Facilities Coordinator

About the role

Working under moderate supervision, the Facilities Coordinator primarily serves facility users including the general student population, student athletes and teams that make use of the athletic and recreation facilities on the north side of campus.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment inventory and maintain records for all varsity teams. Store, inventory, distribute, collect and repair equipment for varsity teams. Items include laundry loops, practice gear, uniforms and game equipment. (25%)
• Schedule and oversee the work of student employees, specifically for the equipment room and Wyant. Provide recommendations for Wyant facility staffing and operations to improve service. (25%)
• Manage operations at the Wyant Athletic and Wellness Center weight room and events at the Wyant Varsity Club. (15%)
• Perform fall, winter and spring sport field event set-up and take-down for varsity sports as well as game day event management. Provide assistance with other special events as assigned. (15%)
