About The Role

This position provides expertise for business activities related to Facilities Management functions. Responsibilities include managing operational controls, following established control procedures, and supporting department, Division, and District-level assignments of varying complexity and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to mature department controls (Compliance Program Management).
  • Coordinate and support Internal Audit and RBOPS reviews.
  • Serve as SAFR Liaison for onboarding new technology and maintaining the SAFR boundary.
  • Support the IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) project team and establish future governance.
  • Work with ERM to report risk events and serve as Records Liaison (Risk & Records Management).
  • Complete assigned primary business line responsibilities.
  • Resolve routine problem situations or escalate complex problems.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding regulatory effects and resolve non-compliant procedures.
  • Attain proficiency in supervisory/regulatory processes and applications.
  • Complete training to deepen knowledge of regulations, laws, trends, and banking industry developments.
  • Counsel management on policy non-compliance.
  • Develop and organize training programs or participate in outreach efforts.
  • Lead department, division, or District assignments.
  • Enhance knowledge of legal documentation to protect the Bank.
  • Review, analyze, and design management information reports, models, and spreadsheets (including complex spreadsheets).

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in assessing control design, operational effectiveness, and outcomes.
  • Sound understanding of root cause analysis and leading related discussions.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and data-related frameworks.

Schedule

Onsite, full-time with 5 days per month remote work flexibility.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $69,700 - $126,500, determined by candidate qualifications, internal alignment, district assignment, and geographic location.
