Facilities CMMS & Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Data Ownership & Governance
• Develop, Maintain, and Administer Enterprise Facilities Performance Heat Maps
• Design, Develop, and Maintain Dashboards and Analytical Models
• Support Structured Decision-Making
• Respond to Ad Hoc Analytical Requests
• Identify Opportunities for Automation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 2+ Years of Experience in Analyzing Computer Systems and Technology Solutions Used in Manufacturing or Production Environments (Preferred)
• Experience Using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo Preferred)
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
• Proficiency with Reporting, Databases, and Spreadsheet Tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
