Facilities Carpenter

Job Overview

A commercial carpenter is needed to make repairs in retail stores. The position requires being a self-starter, reliable, a team player, proficient with computer and smart phone skills, and adept at paperwork systems.

• Experience required in all types of interior finishes: sheetrock, suspended ceilings, carpet, ceramic tile and FRP.
• Work also includes steel frame doors, door hardware, commercial casework, and store fixtures.
• Commercial construction experience is desired.
• Must be a good problem solver and have excellent people skills.

Hourly Position Details

This is an hourly position with 40 hours a week, paid through a W2 at the end of the year. Occasional travel is required, including hotel and per diem. Overtime and some 24/7 on-call service may be necessary.
