Facilities Associate II

About the role

The Facilities team oversees the offices we call home, ensuring our teams can connect, collaborate, and innovate in spaces built to support success. From securing our campuses to ensuring events run smoothly, Facilities is the human face of our company’s onsite operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, office moves, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
• Maintain building and property by keeping it in clean and orderly condition
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate action
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities
• Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
• Open to occasional on-call duty in the case of emergencies

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience, including the use of standard, maintenance-related power tools and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical labor as required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay

Compensation: $18.29/hour – $26.15/hour. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change.
