About the Role
Responsible for completion of work orders for tasks related to TAE Facilities, warehousing, and asset management. Key duties include:
- Clearing out and consolidating items in the warehouse.
- Working with vendors to find the best solution for disposing or recycling of TAE assets.
- Assisting management in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories, and logs.
- Following a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintaining all related records and logs.
- Communicating effectively to appropriate individuals about building status and changes.
- Adhering to all safety standards, policies & procedures, codes of conduct, and best practices.
- Acting in a professional and courteous manner with co-workers, vendors, etc.
- Utilizing materials, supplies, tools, and other building property in a safe, productive manner.
- Performing building maintenance and other duties/special projects as assigned.

Requirements
- 5+ years of related work experience and technical training.
- Class C Driver’s License.
- High school graduate or GED required; technical school training in maintenance-related courses is preferred.
- Ability to understand and interpret design documents, manufacturer’s specifications, and written operational procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client/tenant/co-worker relations.
- Forklift and Pallet Jack experience required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Capable of extensive walking, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting/carrying a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new job-related software such as inventory control and asset management programs.
- Working knowledge of tools and their proper use.
Pay
The compensation range for this role is $35.00 - $40.00 an hour.
