FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE MGR
About the role
Manage daily facility and maintenance operations. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and licensing requirements. Coordinate facility improvements, renovations, and capital projects. Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and vendor contracts. Respond to facility emergencies and operational issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of facilities or maintenance management experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
