Qualifications
- 3–5 years of building or facilities management experience
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance schedules
- Knowledge of OSHA and building safety standards preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Able to read building manuals and basic blueprints
