Primary Responsibilities
- In charge of the Facilities Management of Era Living communities.
- Directly manage capital improvements, preventative maintenance, and sub-contractors.
- Supervise and implement approved maintenance and repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop long-term facility plans, including capital improvements, life-cycle replacements, and financial forecasts for major projects.
- Lead and supervise the regional maintenance team, providing direction and performance oversight.
- Evaluate maintenance programs, facility needs, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance for all major systems (structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and security).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Plan, direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the work of others.
- Possess technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment used in a health-care setting.
- Knowledge of construction principles and OSHA requirements.
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and reliable transportation; must be 25+ years old.
- Able to perform duties in compliance with established Universal Precautions, fire safety, infection control and sanitation procedures, and Era Living policies and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Read, write, and communicate in English.
- Able to pass DSHS background check, required.
