We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of organization and role? The posting includes "WHO WE ARE" and description of mission, etc. That could be About the role or maybe About the organization. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: maybe the "WHO WE ARE" and description of what you will be counted on to do? Actually "What You Will Be Counted On To Do" is a section describing responsibilities. There's also "What You Will Be Counted On To Be" describing required cultural values. We have "Responsibilities" section with subparts: Class Facilitation (60%), Administration (35%), Participation in Shared Leadership (=5%). That's clear. We have "Who You Will Be Counted On To Be" which includes Required Cultural Values etc. That could be Qualifications or Requirements? Actually "Requirements" section later lists Experience and skills we are interested in: Associate’s Degree, One year of related experience, etc. Also includes age, background check, driver's license, etc. That's Requirements. We have "Other Information" includes Working Conditions/Travel Requirements etc. That could be Schedule? Not exactly. There's mention of typical days Monday-Friday, evening/weekend as needed, travel may require overnight stay. That's Schedule info. We have "Compensation and Benefits:" includes pay range $23.33 - $24.03 per hour, DOE, and benefits list earlier in WHO WE ARE section: generous PTO, etc. So we have Benefits and Pay. We also have "Skills" maybe from requirements: group facilitation skills, intermediate computer capabilities, etc. Could be Skills. We have "Qualifications" maybe overlapping with Requirements. But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for: - About the role: Could be the "WHO WE ARE" description plus maybe mission. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: definitely. - Requirements: definitely (experience, education, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe we could treat "Required Cultural Values" as Qualifications? But we already have Requirements covering experience/skills. Qualifications could be things like "Associate’s Degree" etc. However to avoid duplication, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But instruction says we can have both if content distinct. Let's see: The posting has "Experience and skills we are interested in:" which is Requirements. Then "Required Cultural Values:" which is more about values/behaviors, could be Qualifications. Also "Commitment to Racial Justice." That's also values. Thus we could have: - Requirements: Experience, education, etc. - Qualifications: Cultural values, commitment to racial justice, etc. - Skills: maybe group facilitation skills, computer capabilities, etc. But those are already in Requirements. Could separate but might be thin. Better to put skills under Requirements or separate? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Skills into Requirements. - Benefits: we have list of benefits: PTO, mental wellness hours, paid days of significance, extended holiday days, paid 30-min lunch breaks, employer-paid medical/vision/dental, FSA, Dependent Care, Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k with match, employer-paid short-term disability, supplemental virtual healthcare, eligibility for PSLF, employee recognition program, bilingual pay differential, shared leadership model, development opportunities. - Pay: hiring range $23.33 - $24.03 per hour, DOE. - Schedule: typical days Monday-Friday, evening/weekend as needed, travel may require overnight stay, primarily remote first month due to badging, etc. We also have "Working Conditions/Travel Requirements" which includes details about standing, walking, etc. That could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for Working Conditions. Could incorporate into Schedule or Responsibilities? Probably Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, hiring practices, accommodation statement, etc. Remove those. We must not repeat job title. We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Thus produce HTML with sections:

About the role

... (content from WHO WE ARE and mission etc.)

Benefits

  • ... (list)

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $23.33 - $24.03 per hour, DOE. Pay offers are determined in conjunction with an internal pay equity assessment.

Schedule

Typical days of work are Monday through Friday; however, evening and weekend work is required as needed. Travel may be required between TPN work locations across the State of Oregon, which may require an overnight stay. This position will be primarily remote during the first month due to badging processes from the Department of Corrections. Escorted visits to the institutions may happen as needed. The role requires long periods of standing while facilitating groups, substantial walking possible as many correctional campuses are large.

We must ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed the "HIRING PRACTICES" and accommodation statement, diversity statement, etc. Check if any content inadvertently left: The "WHO WE ARE" includes mission, values, etc. That's fine for About the role. We also need to include maybe "What You Will Be Counted On To Do" content? That is essentially responsibilities; we already captured responsibilities in the Responsibilities section. But we might want to include some of that prose in About the role? Actually "What You Will Be Counted On To Do" includes: facilitate participants’ understanding, encourage and evaluate progress, role model appropriate thinking, etc. That's part of responsibilities. We could incorporate those bullet points under Responsibilities as well. But we already have responsibilities broken down by percentages. Might be good to add those as additional bullet points. Let's read the responsibilities section from posting: "What You Will Be Counted On To Do Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every one of the qualifications as described in a job description. We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background. Your work is essential in supporting the mission of The Pathfinder Network and the Oregon Department of Corrections. You will facilitate participants’ understanding of the program materials and development of pro-social skills and behavior; encourage and evaluate participant progress; and role model appropriate thinking, choices, and behavior. Your time management skills, excellent communication, ability to work well under high-stress emotional experiences, high level of empathy, and ability to keep strong boundaries will enable you to excel in this position. You will adhere to a high standard of integrity in order to follow security procedures and daily operations and maintain confidentiality of information received that will affect the safety and security of the institution, adults in custody, and staff." Then after that, there is a "Responsibilities" heading with subparts. Thus we could incorporate the prose into About the role or Responsibilities. Since we already have a Responsibilities section with bullet points, we could add those prose items as additional bullet points under Responsibilities. Similarly, "What You Will Be Counted On To Be" includes cultural values etc. That we placed under Qualifications. Thus final HTML. Make sure to not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft. About the role paragraph: combine WHO WE ARE description (since 1993, mission, services, programs, etc.) plus maybe the "What You Will Be Counted On To Do" prose? Actually that is more about what you'll do, but we can keep it in About the role as overview. But we already have Responsibilities for duties. To avoid duplication, maybe keep About the role as organization overview only. The "What You Will Be Counted On To Do" is about role expectations, could be part of About the role. But we can also incorporate into Responsibilities. I'd rather put it in About the role as a brief description of role purpose. Thus About the role: Since 1993, The Pathfinder Network (TPN) has been providing justice-system impacted individuals and their families the tools and support they need to be safe and thrive in our communities. We show up for our employees by providing support and resources in six key areas that make up our total package, and we always strive to expand on what we offer: compensation, development, wellness, benefits, recognition and service. This includes: Generous paid time off (12 accrued vacation days + 12 accrued sick days during your first year of employment, mental wellness hours) 17 paid days of significance each year Extended holiday days of significance with a week off at the end of the year and 3 4-day weekends Paid 30-minute lunch breaks Employer-paid employee-only medical, vision and dental coverage starting first day of employment Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Assistance Program, and employer-funded Lifestyle Spending Account 401k retirement plan with 3% employer match, fully vested immediately Employer-paid short-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment Supplemental virtual healthcare for employees and dependents Employment with TPN may mean you are eligible for Public Service Student Loan forgiveness Employee recognition program, staff appreciation awards and swag store Bilingual pay differential for eligible positions Shared Leadership model
