About the Role

Oversees service calls for assigned stores within a specified zone. Serves as a role model and demonstrates the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

• Work with the lead to develop and maintain a store maintenance schedule for assigned stores.
• Maintain and control inventory for truck stock.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas as prescribed by established standards.
• Demonstrate the ability and desire to promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive manner.
• Handle stressful situations tactfully and calmly while making a positive impression on associates and customers.
• Act as a team player and contribute positively to build team morale.
• Communicate and interact effectively and amicably with team members, associates, and supervisors.
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the maintenance field or appropriate school training.
• Basic knowledge of all food service equipment and material handling equipment.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to travel safely with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to make intelligent decisions quickly and solve problems.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Some knowledge of company operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of computer applications required.
• Customer service role model.
• Self-motivated, able to organize, prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, positive attitude, good judgment, and able to gain the support of others.
