About the role

We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to interpret and work from detailed blueprints. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate and weld components.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Fabricate metal structures, parts, and assemblies according to project requirements.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality specifications, and deadlines.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize fabrication processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a welder and fabricator, with a strong understanding of welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency in operating welding equipment and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical dexterity and stamina to perform demanding tasks.
